18th May 2012: Hakone Yamano Hotel
Hakone Yamano Hotel is a luxury accommodation located in the hot spring area of Hakone and is particularly attractive for its spectacular views and luxurious services. The hotel offers relaxation and healing to visitors in a quiet environment surrounded by the nature of Hakone.
Hakone Yamano Hotel is about a 90-minute drive from Tokyo and is located in a place where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Hakone mountains. Rich nature spreads around, and you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons.
I have not stayed there yet, but the hotel offers a choice of Japanese-style or Western-style rooms, and all rooms have hot spring baths. In particular, many of the rooms allow you to enjoy beautiful views while bathing in the hot spring. The hot spring is a natural hot spring, and the water is good for the skin.
As you can see from some of the photos, every room has a panoramic view of the Hakone mountains and green nature, and the hotel is known for its particularly beautiful morning and evening views. On clear days, you can even see Mt. Fuji. In particular, during the azalea season in May, the azaleas bloom all over the hotel grounds, which is very beautiful.
During the high season, the hotel parking lot is full and difficult to use, so you will have to park in a public parking a little further away. The public parking also fills up quickly, so I recommend arriving early in the morning.
I would like to stay at this hotel someday.
