Colors of My Heart

The blue sky and the evening glow were especially beautiful that day. Shooting with a wide‑angle lens gave the clouds a sense of movement, which made the beauty of the sky stand out even more. Tokyo is often called a concrete jungle because it has so little greenery, yet I found the contrast between the concrete and the sky surprisingly appealing. One of the things I truly appreciate about photography is how it helps me notice the quiet, everyday moments of beauty that might otherwise go unnoticed. /Home › › Johoku Chuo Park As I walked through Johoku Park in Nerima, where the fresh greenery was deepening by the day, the young leaves shimmered softly in the light, wrapping the entire park in a gentle veil of pale green.  At my feet, clusters of blue‑violet violas were in full bloom, their tiny petals catching the morning sun and glimmering delicately. A little farther along, mountain laurel with white and pale pink hues was opening its star‑shaped blossoms, adding a quiet sense of depth against the backdrop of new foliage.  In the flower beds, magenta dianthus swayed in the breeze, creating a rhythmic play of color.
