Bristol Balloon Fiesta
The Bristol Balloon Fiesta is a world-renowned hot air balloon event held annually in August in Bristol, UK. The latest event was held on 9-11th Aug 2024.

​​It started in 1980 and attracts over 130 hot air balloons. The main highlights of the event include the morning and evening balloon flights, as well as the "Night Glow" in the evening, where the balloons light up in sync with music, creating a breathtaking spectacle. Additionally, there are parachute jumps and acrobatic performances.

The event also features stalls and activities, making it a family-friendly experience. Each year, more than a million people visit, and it is a must-see event for hot air balloon enthusiasts.

Participated in the Night Glow, and the sight of many balloons lighting up in time with the music to create a magical atmosphere was incredibly impressive.

There’s a Starbucks in Rancho Palos Verdes (Los Angeles, CA) that I will never forget. Nestled right in front of the vast Pacific Ocean, it offers a breathtaking view that makes every sip of coffee feel like a moment of peace.  What made it truly special were the evenings—watching the sun slowly sink into the horizon, painting the ocean in shades of crimson and gold. I remember sitting there, completely immersed in the beauty, feeling time gently slow down. It’s been nearly twenty years since that visit, but the memory remains vivid in my heart. Among all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, this one stands above the rest. Mitarai Keikoku located in Tenkawa Village, Nara Prefecture, is a nature-rich valley that becomes beautifully adorned with vibrant autumn foliage each year.  The best time to view the fall colors is typically from early to mid-November. During this season, the emerald-green streams, cascading waterfalls of various sizes, and the vivid reds and yellows of the trees create a truly breathtaking landscape. Well-maintained walking trails and suspension bridges allow visitors to enjoy the harmony of waterfalls and autumn leaves as they stroll through the gorge. In particular, the view from the suspension bridge—looking down at the waterfall framed by colorful foliage—and the reflections of the leaves on the crystal-clear water are especially popular among photography enthusiasts.
