In summer, Hibiya Park is beautifully adorned with flowers that capture the essence of the season. In the flowerbeds, begonias and marigolds bloom in abundance, their vibrant colors creating a lively and cheerful summer atmosphere.

Around Shinji Pond, the reflection of lush greenery and blossoms on the water brings a refreshing sense of coolness, offering a soothing escape for those strolling through the park. Although August often brings intense heat, taking breaks in the shade or near the fountain plaza while enjoying the seasonal flowers is highly recommended. 

Nestled in the heart of the city, Hibiya Park is a serene and harmonious space where visitors can truly feel the vitality of summer and the beauty of nature.

There’s a Starbucks in Rancho Palos Verdes (Los Angeles, CA) that I will never forget. Nestled right in front of the vast Pacific Ocean, it offers a breathtaking view that makes every sip of coffee feel like a moment of peace.  What made it truly special were the evenings—watching the sun slowly sink into the horizon, painting the ocean in shades of crimson and gold. I remember sitting there, completely immersed in the beauty, feeling time gently slow down. It’s been nearly twenty years since that visit, but the memory remains vivid in my heart. Among all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, this one stands above the rest. Sainte-Chapelle is a stunning Gothic-style chapel located on Île de la Cité in Paris, France. It was built in the 13th century by King Louis IX (Saint Louis) to house sacred relics, including the "Crown of Thorns" of Christ. Originally serving as a royal chapel, it is now world-famous for its breathtaking stained-glass windows. ​​​​​The chapel's most remarkable feature, as you can see in photographs, is its fifteen towering stained glass panels, each reaching a height of 15 meters. These windows depict 1,113 scenes from the Old and New Testaments, with dominant shades of red, blue, and gold that create a mesmerizing play of light throughout the day.
