Kensington Gardens, set in the heart of London, takes on an even deeper charm in autumn. The historic tree-lined avenues glow in shades of gold and amber, while the gentle breeze creates a soothing rhythm as it carries fallen leaves across the paths. 

Originally envisioned in the 18th century by Queen Caroline as a private garden for the palace, the grounds have since become a peaceful retreat open for everyone to enjoy.

A stroll along the Long Water reveals autumn foliage reflected on the surface of the lake, where swans and ducks drift unhurriedly. The area around the Peter Pan statue is especially beloved, offering a quiet, almost storybook-like atmosphere that invites visitors to linger.

From October to November, the Kensington area is said to be at its most picturesque, wrapped in the rich colors of the season—an ideal time for leisurely walks and photography. 

Stepping slightly away from the bustle of the city, one can savor a calm, quintessentially London autumn moment in this harmonious blend of history and nature.

There’s a Starbucks in Rancho Palos Verdes (Los Angeles, CA) that I will never forget. Nestled right in front of the vast Pacific Ocean, it offers a breathtaking view that makes every sip of coffee feel like a moment of peace.  What made it truly special were the evenings—watching the sun slowly sink into the horizon, painting the ocean in shades of crimson and gold. I remember sitting there, completely immersed in the beauty, feeling time gently slow down. It’s been nearly twenty years since that visit, but the memory remains vivid in my heart. Among all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, this one stands above the rest. Sainte-Chapelle is a stunning Gothic-style chapel located on Île de la Cité in Paris, France. It was built in the 13th century by King Louis IX (Saint Louis) to house sacred relics, including the "Crown of Thorns" of Christ. Originally serving as a royal chapel, it is now world-famous for its breathtaking stained-glass windows. ​​​​​The chapel's most remarkable feature, as you can see in photographs, is its fifteen towering stained glass panels, each reaching a height of 15 meters. These windows depict 1,113 scenes from the Old and New Testaments, with dominant shades of red, blue, and gold that create a mesmerizing play of light throughout the day. The morning sunlight, in particular, enhances their brilliance, making early visits highly recommended.
